Spent a shitload today. Unnecessary. But got some real good stuff. See below.

First, stopped at Recycled Reads for about 30 books. Most kids stuff. Some bilingual, fiction, nonfiction.

Headed up to MT Supermarket to get some tofu time, veggies, herbs, and affordable coconut milk for curries. It was Chinese New Year celebration. Climbing wall, Korean taco truck, live music.

Stopped by Goodwill and found 32 notebooks for class.

Hit Half Price Books, obviously, bought 8 books, including some Ginsburg.

Stopped at the Half Price right there. Found The Cider House Rules on clearance, as well as War of hte Worlds, also on clearance, Lost in the Funhouse by Barth and Portuguese Irregular Verbs, both on clearance, Borges' Other Inquisitions, which wasn't, but promises to be incredible, Celine's London Bridge, and a newbie to my collection, Frederick Exley, Last Notes from Home.

Stopped by HEB for 1. Tofu 2. Foot shower scrubber 3. Toiled brush and 4. some beers, came home with #'s 1,2, and 4, along with clearance paper towels, clearance acai berry juices (four priced at 48, got them for 12), a coffee grinder, and some other odds and ends.
